All prices here on mizpah.com are are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP).


At Mizpah.com, each piece of jewellery is lovingly hand made by a team of highly skilled jewellers. We aim to dispatch orders within five days of the placement of your order, subject to clearance of payment. Credit and Debit card payments are welcome via PayPal, the renowned and secure payment processor, no account is needed to purchase.

UK Delivery is £3.95 per order. We use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for, which requires a signature upon receipt.

International Delivery is £8.50 per order. We use the Royal Mail International Tracked service. Delivery times are estimated at 9-12 working days from date of dispatch. Your parcel may need a signature on arrival, therefore we cannot send to a PO BOX. Please be aware that any duty and taxes that may be due in the country of destination, are the responsibility of the customer.

Once an order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email, with a tracking number and details of how to track your Mizpah® shipment.

Mizpah.com will not refund the original or return postage costs. If you need to return an item please ensure it is sent, in its original condition, by a secure service with tracking number.

We cannot look into refunding or replacing lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (30 days for international items) – this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost.

We do not store financial information like credit or debit card numbers on this site. All transactions are handled by a secure online independent payment service provider, PayPal.
